This is the question we are asked most often, and the answer is short: nothing bad happens, and you do not need to do anything from the plane.
We watch the flight, not the clock
When you send us a flight number, that is what we track. If your flight lands ninety minutes late, the driver arrives ninety minutes late. The pickup time you wrote on the request is a starting point, not a commitment we hold you to.
This is the practical reason we ask for the flight number and not only the time. A time tells us when you hoped to land. A flight number tells us when you actually will.
Sixty minutes of waiting, free
After you land, the driver waits [60] minutes at no extra cost. That covers passport control, a slow baggage belt, and the walk to the meeting point. In practice most people appear well inside it.
If something goes badly wrong and you need longer, the driver is on the phone and not on a meter: we would rather talk to you than start charging.
Where the driver actually is
In the arrivals hall, after customs, with your name. Not in a car park you have to find, and not at a rank. You get the driver mobile number the day before you travel, so if anything is unclear you call a person and not a switchboard.
If the flight is cancelled
Tell us as soon as you know, by phone or on WhatsApp. A cancellation is not a no show, and we do not treat it as one. We move the booking or we cancel it, depending on what you need.
What we ask from you
The flight number, a mobile that works when you land, and a message if your plans change while you are travelling. That is the whole list.
You can send a request from the transfers page, and there is a notes field for the flight number.
