Frequently asked questions

Is the price per person?

No. Per vehicle. Two people or six, the price is the price: the vehicle changes.

What if my flight is delayed?

The driver tracks the flight number and adjusts. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included, and we’ll not invent a charge because a plane was late.

Where does the driver meet me?

In the arrivals hall with a sign with your name, at the pier, or in the hotel lobby. Exact meeting point in your confirmation email, with the mobile number of the driver.

Can we stop on the way?

Yes, and it’s often the best part. A stop at Pompeii on the way from the airport turns a transfer into a half day. Sightseeing stops can be added to a transfer and are quoted separately according to duration, route, vehicle and applicable access costs.
