Fixed itineraries exist because they’re easy to publish, not because they’re what people want. In practice, most of our clients want a version of something: the Amalfi Coast but with a beach and no Ravello, Pompeii but with a wine estate on Vesuvius in the afternoon, or a week where somebody else does all the driving.
That’s the normal job, not the exception. Tell us what you have in mind, even vaguely, and we’ll come back with a plan, a vehicle and a price.

What's included
- Private air conditioned vehicle, at your disposal for the agreed time
- Professional licensed English speaking driver
- Fuel, motorway tolls and taxes within the agreed area
- Planning of the itinerary with our office
What's not included
- Entrance tickets, meals, licensed guides, boats, ferries
- Any charges specific to the itinerary, municipal coach fees, restricted area permits, always stated in the quote
- Overtime beyond the agreed hours, charged at €45 per hour and always agreed with you first, never applied silently
Good to know
- The more you tell us, the better the plan. Something nice for a day gets a generic answer. We’re four, one of us can’t walk far, we love wine, we’ve already done Pompeii gets a real one.
- Some things can’t be squeezed together. We’d rather say so at the quote stage than at four in the afternoon on the day.
- For multi day programmes, book early. In summer the fleet fills up weeks ahead.
The airport and the port too
A tailor made programme usually starts at an airport and ends at one. We do those legs as well, with the same drivers, and we quote the whole thing as one job.
